DIET PLAN FOR WEIGHT LOSS - MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE BUNDLE
The weight loss Assessment will take place online or in-person. Come armed with your questions and food diary. We’ll ask you to complete a Metabolism health questionnaire prior to ensure we learn as much about your weight loss journey, your struggles and your metabolism physiology.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR 1:1 WEIGHT LOSS CONSULTATION?
You’ll have the tools you need to go away and implement the very simple diet. If you’re someone who wants to learn more about healthy eating, cooking healthy meals or struggle with sticking to things - we recommend a 1:1 Biweekly Programme to ensure success and keep you on track. Particularly useful if your diary is very varied in the next 3 months or so, with travel, social commitments and life events. We’ll be right by your side to guide you and keep you on track through more challenging scenarios.
