  • This is an anti-diet. We instead ‘train you to loose weight’. We want to teach you how to eat for health and how to eat in a way that promotes lean-ness, - because this is synonymous with great health outcomes, and healthy body image.

    To make a diet sustainable - it must be adaptable and simple! Therefore we give a list of ‘unlimited’ carbohydrates, and other guidance on how you can improve your metabolic state.

  • Suitable for everyone is this is healthy, sustainable, non-dieting weight loss. If you have IBS or severe gut issues you’ll struggle with some of the foods.
