This program is particularly suitable for those who find that their dieteng no longer has much effect. Those who experiencing weight gain (in particular around the middle), hard to loose weight, high cholesterol or cardiovascular concerns, PCOS, and those struggling with menopausal symptoms.

This is an anti-diet. We instead ‘train you to loose weight’. We want to teach you how to eat for health and how to eat in a way that promotes lean-ness, - because this is synonymous with great health outcomes.
To make a diet sustainable - it must be adaptable and simple! Therefore we give a list of ‘unlimited’ carbohydrates, and other guidance on how you can improve your metabolic state.
