The Four-Step Process

1. The DNA Test: You order your DNA kit online. It arrives by post — a simple cheek swab, nothing clinical. You return it and results take 2–3 weeks.

2. Your Body Scan Assessment: While you wait, you complete a detailed health questionnaire covering your full symptom history, diet, lifestyle and any previous tests. The more detail the better.

3. Your Results: We then meet for 60–90 minutes — in person in London or online. We go through what your DNA reveals and how it connects to everything you've told us.

4. Your Report & Plan: Your written plan follows within a few days. Diet, lifestyle, supplements — all specific to your genetic variants. Yours to keep and act on.

Can I use AI to understand my DNA instead?

In theory yes — and some people try. But AI works from population-level data and general probabilities. It can't cross-reference your genetic variants against your specific symptoms, history, diet and lifestyle simultaneously, or know which findings are clinically significant for you right now versus which ones aren't worth your attention. That clinical judgement is the difference between an interesting read and something you can actually act on.

  • Before your session you'll complete a detailed health history questionnaire. We then analyse your genetic profile alongside your symptoms, lifestyle and history. Your session (60–90 minutes) walks you through what your DNA reveals — and your written plan covers diet, lifestyle, supplements and next steps, all specific to your genetic variants. You leave with a document you can act on immediately.

  • A standard consultation gives you general nutrition advice based on your symptoms and diet history. This goes several layers deeper — we're looking at the genes that regulate how you absorb nutrients, manage inflammation, process stress hormones and regulate mood. The result is a plan that's specific to your biology, not a protocol we'd give anyone else.

  • We work primarily with fatigue, low mood, anxiety, brain fog, chronic pain and autoimmune conditions. These are all areas where inflammation plays a central role — and where your genetic profile can reveal exactly why your body is struggling and what it specifically needs.

  • Your genes influence how you produce and break down neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine, how you respond to stress, how you metabolise key nutrients like B12, folate and vitamin D, and how your body manages inflammation. Low mood, anxiety and burnout are rarely random — they often have a precise biological explanation that shows up clearly in your DNA. We find it and build your plan around it.

  • You receive your written health plan within a few days of your session. After that, you can implement it independently — most people do. If you want follow-up support as you make changes, ad hoc sessions are available at £220. There's no programme, no contract, no pressure to keep coming back.

  • No. Consumer DNA tests like 23andMe give you ancestry data and broad health risk flags. We use clinical-grade nutrigenomic testing that looks specifically at gene variances relevant to nutrition, inflammation, mental health and lifestyle. This science is not clear cut, and requires clinical experience in order to pull out what's actually important for you to pay attention to.

    The raw data on its own tells you very little. The interpretation is everything, but only in relation to your current state of health, your diet and lifestyle together.

  • If you've been struggling with low mood, anxiety or fatigue for a while, -and you haven't found clear answers through conventional routes — this is likely for you. It's particularly powerful if you've already changed your diet, tried supplements or seen other practitioners without lasting results. The missing piece is often your genetic blueprint.
